Shipping policy

Shipment Processing Time

In order to minimize the potential impact of delays in transit, orders are typically shipped out from Monday to Wednesday. Orders placed after 3pm PT on Wednesday may not ship out until the following Monday if the delivery location is outside of our 1-day shipping zone.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Shipping Rates

We do our best to minimize the cost of shipping, and we are striving to make shipping more affordable for all customers. However, shipping perishable products is expensive, and we are currently only able to provide free shipping to customers in CA, NV, AZ, and UT for orders over $100.

Delivery Estimates

We strive for delivery within 2 business days using our standard shipping option. Note that delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Local delivery

Orders eligible for local delivery are typically processed within 2-3 business days. These orders are fulfilled throughout the week but are not fulfilled on weekends or holidays.

For orders eligible for local delivery, there is no minimum order to qualify for free delivery.

Shipment to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses

We currently do not ship to PO, APO, or FPO box addresses.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Leaps is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Leaps is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

We currently do not ship outside the U.S.

Shipping Perishable Goods

When delivered on time and retrieved within 4 hours of delivery, your Leaps products should arrive partly frozen or refrigerator cold, below 40°F.

We recommend checking the internal temperature of any package that has arrived fully thawed with a meat thermometer. Packages that are refrigerator cold, partly frozen, or frozen can be placed into the freezer for later use. You should immediately discard any package if the contents are above 40°F or is exactly 40°F and may have been so for more than 2 hours.
